Description
Of wide inverted bell shape with an everted rim glazed iron brown. The sides with sparse lotus design. The cavetto with Heian style painted image of a court lady with flowing kimono and a fancy screen in enamel on the white body. Japan, Edo Period, mid 1800’s.
